1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or engaging REGRADE LLC, operated by REGRADE LLC (the legal entity, "we," "us," or "our"), for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

REGRADE LLC provides licensed remodeling, renovation and restoration services in Florida, including but not limited to: full remodels, renovations, remediation, exterior paint, concrete, stucco, and water damage repair, and related residential and commercial work. Specific scope, timing, and pricing are set out in individual written estimates or contracts.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are preliminary and subject to on-site inspection. A binding price is established only in a written estimate or contract signed by both parties. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and project information.
• Provide reasonable access to the work site.
• Disclose known hazards (asbestos, lead, structural issues, etc.).
• Obtain authorization from the property owner if you are not the owner.
• Use this website only for lawful purposes.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in each individual estimate or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon completion of work. Late payments may be subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law. We accept payment methods specified in writing at the time of contract.

6. Warranty

Workmanship is warranted as described in each individual contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are passed through to the client. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alteration, normal wear and tear, or work performed by others after our completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REGRADE LLC's total liability arising out of or related to our services or this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REGRADE LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
